Welcome to the Asian American Research Team page.

As a collaborative team, we work together on research projects, collaborate on publications and presentations, and support each others' research and other scholarly endeavors. The AART has graduate students from the clinical psychology Ph.D. program and undergraduate students from both psychology and Asian American Studies. As a multi-layered learning community, we represent an innovative model that encourages undergraduates and graduate students with interests in social justice related to race and culture (emphasizing Asian Americans) to succeed at UMass Boston and pursue careers in clinical cultural psychology. We also foster commitments to the UMass Boston and local/national Asian American and multiracial communities through participating in community coaction through coordinating events and taking leadership positions.
